The Carstens BGA Connector enables a highly integrated chip to establish connections in a fifth direction. Connections are not only routed in the four directions on the circuit board but also downward to another board. This means the Carstens BGA Connector transmits the signals of the highly integrated component directly into the user electronics through connections just millimeters in length. Processor electronics are placed “at the heart” of the user electronics, enabling high-speed data exchange over a short distance.
